Intercultural training - it's all about the mix (in englischer Sprache / in English)

This training aims to qualify the participants for working in an intercultural context. They will learn about the influence of cultural factors on human behaviour. After the training, they will be sensitized and strengthened for socioculturally challenging situations. They will be accustomed to reflect on their own and others' behaviour and expand their options for action through joint practical exercises. No prior knowledge is required. A willingness to actively contribute examples from their own professional environment will help ensure participants gain the greatest possible practical relevance.
